1. About Centrio

This website, centrio.co.za (the "Site"), is operated by Centrio, trading as Centrio ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietor based in South Africa. Centrio is not a registered company; the natural person named above trades in their personal capacity and is personally responsible for the business.

Centrio is not currently registered for Value-Added Tax (VAT) under the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991. No VAT is added to the prices shown on this Site.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are final prices with no VAT added. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colour or appearance may vary slightly.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Before you submit your order at checkout, you will have the opportunity to review your cart and correct any input errors. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, and how returns and refunds are handled, are set out in full in our Refund Policy, including your statutory 7-day cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

These terms, and the conclusion of any transaction on this Site, are available in English only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site or your purchase of goods from us. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Centrio and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
