Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across South Africa.

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays and busy periods can occasionally add time.

Shipping costs
Delivery is free on orders over R1,000. For orders under R1,000, a flat delivery fee of R89.00 applies. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order updates
You’ll receive an email confirmation when you place your order and a shipping update when it’s on its way. Tracking details are included where available.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 working days, email us at [your support email] with your order number and we’ll look into it.
